Raid Shadow Legends not detected by Cortex Mobile

Hi @Michelle-RazerCortex and everyone else, Am i the only one who has this issue with their Raid Shadow Legends game not being recognized by the Cortex Mobile? Funny enough, its working on a different device, but not on my main phone. It did work some long time ago but its the 2nd time i see this issue with this game, i do have it installed btw. Any recommendations or tips that i can use? Let me know please. Thanks!

        Same thing here but on PC, razer sometimes recognizes Raid: SL, and occasionally it disappears. I also have trouble launching it when it's there. Many times I have had to launch it through Cortex, then launch it through the Plarium Play app, and then use the X to close the window for the one launched by Cortex to earn rewards.
