Need to mention that I am using Razer Phone 2, in case they try to blame the device issue:mad_:
Its not a device issue, I have 2 devices and they both dont work normally. I have emailed support but they keep closing my tickets down even though I reply to their reminder email saying my issue isnt resolved. I guess even they dont understand the issue right now.
Would much rather have the old Cortex mobile back to be honest.
I was wondering if any of the Razer staffs check in this forum for the following action.
Also, I would like to know if the 25 November 2019 update for the Cortex system will fix this issue?
Here I thought I was just crazy, checking over and over again to see if my pay to play had reset. Not just me!
Odd, even after fresh install of latest update, it still didnt reset. (worked yesterday w/o update)

Yep the client got an update via the play store today. The fix could have been pushed server side too but as long as it works now!
Yeah, my app version is still the one released on the 30th of October. I guess the issue was server sided. I'm glad it got resolved, I need to save up for a headset stand.
Yeah glad it fixed, let us hope that is not temporary. No more surprise bug!

Same as today, P2P games not working, only able to claim daily for now...
My app worked fine for Monday but Tuesday onwards same thing. The app doesnt refresh the games so they think we already claimed the Silver from the games for that day. Is yours working fine? Did you find any solution?
Its not random, it works when games changes and when it switches to 50zsilver during weekend and then back to 25.

OMG I think we got the SAME issue!!!!! Since November, the mobile Paid to play is unable to refresh the next day! Sometimes like Saturday, if you claimed the reward, I need to wait until Tuesday for renewal.
The PC Paid to play is fine for an everyday refresh.
So, I assume they change the Terms and condition secretly from 24 hours refresh to 48 - 72 hours. I asked the customer service since 2 November, but all they replied is pushing back and front to both the zGold team and the technical team. Feels really bad because they try to cut off such loyalty program to user like us

Its working every other day. Worked fine on Thursday but Friday it is back to not working again. They should just stop updating the Cortex app, the UI improvement isnt worth the hassle especially since we have had no acknowledgement of the issue from Razer.

Razer Cortex Mobile works fine after the latest update on Android for my OP6T.
I think it might be region based/ server based. I have the app updated but for me in the EU its not working. A friend in Asia has it working no issues.

During November I've been able to earn silver on my phone on the 1, 5, 7 and 8 of November by playing games but I've gotten the daily silver for checking in on every day, according to my transactions list.
Has your issue been resolved? I'm still not able to earn anything from P2P mobile on many days, some days it works on its own.

@Sacius is right it only tracks when the games change or the amount changes from 25 to 50 for each game, so basically 1 day on the weekend and 1 day on Mondays also whenever they decide to change the games.

The problem is independent of the hardware make and model, and of the version of Android in use. There's nobody to blame here but Razer.
@ckdo1974 Hello there, in reality the software update release do depends on the hardware model/android in use as there is a timeline constraint on the hardware used on all the devices. The latest softwares/updates does not work if the hardware's support timeline regardless of which brand made it.
There are many devices right now, which cannot run a software as it does not have the hardware specifications to execute it. :smile_:

Totally agree, if they can't fix it at least they sould do a retrofitting of the app.

It was working for me on Tuesday and Wednesday when the games didnt change. Whatever the problem is I have already submitted a bug report and contacted support but they have no fix for it so far. I have tried everything and multiple devices too so its not an issue on my end.
I just checked, its working now for Friday cause the games have changed but im not sure why it worked on Tuesday when the games didnt change.
