Its not random, it works when games changes and when it switches to 50zsilver during weekend and then back to 25.

It was working for me on Tuesday and Wednesday when the games didnt change. Whatever the problem is I have already submitted a bug report and contacted support but they have no fix for it so far. I have tried everything and multiple devices too so its not an issue on my end.

I just checked, its working now for Friday cause the games have changed but im not sure why it worked on Tuesday when the games didnt change.

It seems to work almost every two days.

I hope they can fix this, it's getting anoying havong problem for this long.

Its not 2 days, @Sacius is right it only tracks when the games change or the amount changes from 25 to 50 for each game, so basically 1 day on the weekend and 1 day on Mondays also whenever they decide to change the games.

Same as today, P2P games not working, only able to claim daily for now...

OMG I think we got the SAME issue!!!!! Since November, the mobile Paid to play is unable to refresh the next day! Sometimes like Saturday, if you claimed the reward, I need to wait until Tuesday for renewal.
The PC Paid to play is fine for an everyday refresh.
So, I assume they change the Terms and condition secretly from 24 hours refresh to 48 - 72 hours. I asked the customer service since 2 November, but all they replied is pushing back and front to both the zGold team and the technical team. Feels really bad because they try to cut off such loyalty program to user like us
Need to mention that I am using Razer Phone 2, in case they try to blame the device issue:mad_:

Would much rather have the old Cortex mobile back to be honest.

Totally agree, if they can't fix it at least they sould do a retrofitting of the app.

I've shaked a bit yesterday when at 20h15 the points weren't available, but due to the changing time in France i've qited till 21h and so the magic has come to life once again.
That was worth the wait, i just hope that it's fixed once and for all.

The refresh duration seems like change from one day to two day. Not sure are u guys face the same scenario....? XD

Did the app get an update? I mean P2P mobile is working now but I didnt need to update my app for it.


Yep the client got an update via the play store today. The fix could have been pushed server side too but as long as it works now!

Still doesn't work, even with yesterday's update installed.

What phone are you using, and what version of android? Also just try uninstalling and reinstalling the software.
The problem is independent of the hardware make and model, and of the version of Android in use. There's nobody to blame here but Razer.

Razer Cortex Mobile works fine after the latest update on Android for my OP6T.

Fine then. If only Cortex works reliably on a 2018 Huawei P20 lite, using Android Pie, in Europe, I don't necessarily need to have it run on any of the other devices (even though it did until last week).

During November I've been able to earn silver on my phone on the 1, 5, 7 and 8 of November by playing games but I've gotten the daily silver for checking in on every day, according to my transactions list.

Has your issue been resolved? I'm still not able to earn anything from P2P mobile on many days, some days it works on its own.


No change yet, I've been able to earn som silver two days this week so far. Seems completly random when it works or not.

There is no rhyme or reason to this thing. Yesterday my paid to play games reset TWICE within hours of each other, for 50 silver each, which was awesome. Today, I've gotten screwed three times in a row across two games with a "Sorry, we were unable to process your reward" error. Its a heckin roller coaster with this thing.
Yippee. They need to work on the battery consumption.
