Razer Cortex not picking up my hours and gameplay

I have been playing apex since 12 pm Yet the one that shows my recent gameplay is tf2 why is that? plus my time in razer cortex squad is not recorded. I even waked up early today just for that 4 hrs of gameplay. I have been playing supported games since early please help me. I want to earn silver too.
