t does not allow me to install the program when I start the installer I

It does not allow me to install the program when I start the installer I only see a black screen like a cmd then it is removed and nothing else happens

    To help us quickly figure out the cause, could you please provide us with your Razer Installer logs by going to this directory: %programdata%\Razer\Installer\Logs

     

    Then, upload it in a cloud service and share the link with us via pm. Please remember to give us access permission.
