I tried to reset my phone number and purchase things on razer gold and cannot receive any SMS/OTP. I tried to find the support but they just do not response.

Hi, I had 580 Razer Gold and started purchasing PUBG Mobile codes. The total value of the codes I received is 200.17 Razer Gold less than what I paid! My account balance is now almost empty, but 200.17 Razer Gold is missing!I opened a support ticket yesterday, but no one has responded yet. I've also tried multiple times to reach out via live support, but it’s like no one is there — I’m getting no response at all.Also, since opening the ticket, some of the codes (worth about 50 Razer Gold) have automatically appeared in my dashboard, which means I did receive part of what was missing — but there’s still 150 Razer Gold worth of products missing, and there’s no update or explanation.

Anyone who has problems about not receiving any OTP? I’ve been trying since last night and it is still not working. Tried to reach via submitting a ticket but they haven't respond yet.

I specifically bought about like 100USD+ for a game that was once available to access in my region, now it’s not there anymore. Well, last time I checked if it was available was about 2-3 years ago. Now, I’m stuck with this much money and nothing to spend it on. I’ve been using Razer Gold to purchase in game currency since 2022 with no problems, but now, they require that you have 2FA enabled to purchase which is an inconvenicence. I DON’T HAVE the backup codes and your website does not have an option of mobile verification! You don’t make it hard topping up through your website taking people’s money. My funds are basically on hold with you guys because I can’t even use them!
