I am extremely pissed off at your company and customer service . I have given you all the information needed for a refund , and yet nothing happens .  I spent $400 which is a lot to me . I can’t proceed with my purchase since I haven’t received any OTP via SMS. I was able to receive an OTP via SMS for reloading my Razer Gold account, yet in purchasing I don’t. Now, a hCaptcha window would always appear and still no OTP. Also, I can’t access my backup codes because a hCaptcha window will appear as well.

Occasionally when I am in an Xbox party my headsets microphone will stop working for like 2-10 seconds and it is really annoying when trying to play competitive video games. I have had the headset for about 10 months now and I am just now noticing this issues and it only seems to be getting worse. I have tried to disconnect and reconnect it multiple times and also I have tried to update the firmware but it says it is all up to date. I am really at a loss for what to do.
