The top teams consistently have people with times exceeding what's possible. And I've seen the opposite, too. People in team who have not missed a day or minute but appear to be 1, 2 mins behind, even though the app is supposed to update in 5 minute increments. What's going on? Is it razer? Or an exploit? It's as good as lost, this season.

I keep getting the message "Failed to reload" whenever I try to reload my Razer Gold wallet. I managed to get one transaction through today but like 99.9% of the reload attempts fail with that message, I don't even get to enter my credit card details. I used Paypal as well. Paypal seems to process the transaction just fine, but when it gets back to Razer Gold, it fails - the transaction from Paypal then gets reversed. However this still doesn't solve the issue that I can't actually reload my wallet reliably. I have opened multiple tickets with support on the website but they just recommend clearing cookies and trying different browser. The problem still persists. Is anyone else experiencing this problem or is there something I am missing?
