Hello, so I've encountered this issue, in the last 2 days. first I had 4 pins worth $300 showing as failed to reload and strangely right after I took them out from my Razer gold balance. yesterday I took $1780 out of which 13x100 are showing as used when I live chat with razer they said all have been used and the time it was given shows that it was used right after they were taken out around 5 mins of time, there is some issue with razer a lot of people are having this same issue. Razer wants a police report, how would one file for digital commodity and around the globe, not all law system works the same. this is a huge amount I was an investigation on my matter. It deducted the razer gold from me but it still hasnt let me see the steam code. And to try again, this time i bought a $10 steam card with razer gold and the transaction went through easily and i got the steam code within seconds. So now i am a little worried.
