is Razer Headset Case compatible with BlackSchark v3 Pro

Moved to a new city and lost the wireless dongle for Razer BlackShark V2 Pro in the process. I can't get in touch with support and Razer does not have a replacement listed on their website for purchase. Is there anything I can do?

Hello,Using Blackshark V3, when playing CPU/GPU demanding games like battlefield 2042 or Pragmata, thought games launch normally up to the main screen, after some time in-game or a random loading (ex. In-game death screen), I will suddenly either loose all sound on them or get a fail of all usb peripheral and ports except built in keyboard and touchpad, all these being followed by total system crash and automatic restart. This is happening nearly every time and only when the headset is connected. Games such as Minecraft work normally.  From the day I got the Blackshark V3 I kept getting problems, such as synapse 4 macro module interfering with my aula f75 wireless keyboard input. Ended up deleting macro module, disabling synapse 4 from startup apps (as it uses too much ram) and disabling all razer background services.  Hardware details:Blackshark V3 (received on 2/10/2026)Windows 11Dell G15RTX 4060 8GBIntel i7-13650hx16GB Ram 

Hello, Someone has a clue then the Firmware will released on the website?  Read many post about fried mouses… my old one got fried too and my new one is start lagging again… had to uninstall synapse so I could use it normaly without the flicks & lags…

Hello Razer Support Team,I am experiencing a critical issue with my BlackShark V3 headset following the latest firmware update. I have been trying to resolve this for hours without success.The Problem: The headset works perfectly via Bluetooth on my phone, which confirms the hardware is functional. On PC, the dongle is detected by Windows and Razer Synapse. In Windows Sound Settings, I can see the green audio bars moving, but there is absolutely no sound reaching the headset speakers and the microphone is not picking up any voice. I am hearing unusual "beep... beep-beep... beep" sequences when turning on the headset while connected to the dongle. What I Have Already Tried: Used the Razer Pairing Utility; it says "Pairing Successful," but the issue persists. Tried standard Firmware Updater v1.3.0, but it says the device is already up to date and won't allow a re-flash. Completely reinstalled Razer Synapse and performed a clean driver wipe in Device Manager. Tested on differe

Hello Razer Support,I'm experiencing an identical middle-click (scroll-wheel click) issue with two separate Razer Naga Hex V2 mice (Model RZ01-0160).Both mice function normally in every other respect, including scrolling, left/right clicking, and programmable buttons. However, physically pressing the scroll wheel does not register as Mouse Button 3 / Middle Click / Scroll Click in Windows, Google Chrome, or World of Warcraft.Both mice have normal physical and audible clicking feedback when the scroll wheel is pressed.Troubleshooting already performed: Tested both Razer mice in Chrome, World of Warcraft, and an online mouse-button tester. Hi,Just bought the Viper v4 pro and noticed a slight wobbling on left mouse button. Is this just designed play or a defect?  Own a Viper v3 pro and the button's are tight with barely any play.

Has there been some kind of policy update that states theres no warranty on razer products purchased through amazon? When my basilisk mouse was having issues with the scrollwheel stuck in freespin they had no problem giving me a shipping label and working towards getting me a new mouse. But now that my boyfriend is having a completely unresponsive Huntsman Keyboard that is being recognized as a controller and they wont do anything. They told him that they cant do anything when its purchansed through amazon. This is ridiculous considering the seller on amazons page is razer. Im just confused, both of us bought our products on amazon and yet now they are saying that hes SOL cuz its from amazon?! this is absurd!!

Dear Razer Support Team,I am contacting you regarding an issue with my Razer Viper Ultimate wireless gaming mouse (Model: RZ01-03050).The mouse works correctly when connected via USB cable, and the charging dock appears to function normally. I also tried to register the product via Razer ID using the Serial Number, but it didn't work. I would like to request a new activation code.

Hello I have delicate problem. My new mouse Basilisk v4 pro. I am able to assign 'perfect 180' to any button but after few about minute this assigned button stop working.. Only solution is to turn off mouse and on again then its again work for minute ... Also when its stop working ... If I press same time right mouse button, and Small button on left mouse button with one of the side button AI prompt will pop in.. I know it sounds weird but that is what is happening... If i turn off mouse and then on.. AI prompt wont pop in after pressing these 3 buttons. And Perfect 180 is working... (for minute) Any ide4a what is going on?  UPDATE : when Synapse 4 is turned off in PC no problem at all and Perfect 180 keep working...

Basilisk v4 pro won’t pair with mouse dock v2 pro.  I can pair my basilisk v3 pro with no problems.Cheers!

As of this morning 9/22/2026 my D-Pad on my Razor Tartarus Pro is no longer working in games.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
