I had it for about 3 months and I'm started having the same issue 3 weeks ago is so annoying but is definitely the controller not the USB cable.

Got the vertical edition of this mouse today and I was just playing around in the settings and out of curiosity how do you use the AI prompt master, namely the AI chat option with all the features? From what I see using ChatGPT opens it without a login and if you DO press login it just takes you to your web browser to login there, so there seems to be no way to login for the popup… thus limiting functionality

Ok so since I've updated with the lasted firmware. I've tested a few games and have been left with the question, How do you get it to work as a left stick with certain games?Games that worked like a charm COD BF6 Wardogs 7 Days To Die Games that do not recognize the joystick Marathon Ark Survival Ascended Im not sure how to if its possible to get those games to work with the true analog enabled. Im wondering if I should just keep those 2 games with the 4 way DPad setup like I have prior.Has anyone managed to get theres to work with games that didnt initially recognize the true analog?

Hi support team,My DeathAdder V3 (purchased July 2026) is experiencing frequent disconnect/reconnect cycles (4–5 times in a row) during rapid movements or whenever the mouse is lifted off the mousepad. This occurs consistently right after system boot-up and after waking the PC from sleep mode. While it eventually stabilizes after a few minutes, the behavior repeats daily.I have already tried:-Clean reinstall of Razer Synapse (and tested with Synapse completely closed).-Updated to the latest firmware via the Razer firmware updater.-Disabled USB Selective Suspend / USB Power Management in Windows Device Manager.-Tested on different USB ports (direct motherboard ports, no hubs).-Verified the issue persists across different PCs. None of these steps resolved the problem. Thank you,

Hello,I have been experiencing a recurring issue with my Mouse Dock Pro. Every time I start or restart my computer, the dock is not recognized and appears disconnected. The only way to make it work is to physically unplug the USB cable from the computer and reconnect it. Once reconnected, the dock is detected under USB devices and works normally.My setup: Windows 11 Home Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K Razer Synapse 4 All drivers and firmware updated to the latest versions This behavior occurs consistently on every boot and is quite frustrating, as it requires me to manually reconnect the device each time.Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?Thank you in advance for your support.P.S.: I have attached a screenshot from Device Manager showing the situation after startup. Reconnecting the dock temporarily fixes the problem. Please note that I have also formatted the system, but the issue still persists.

Hello,my Razer DeathStalker V2 Pro wireless keyboard is malfunctioning after performing a hardware reset using the key combination ESC + Space + caps lockHere are the observed symptoms: The keyboard powers on, and the lighting works normally. The battery is detected at 100%. The keyboard is recognized in Razer Synapse, but none of the keys respond, neither wired nor wireless (Bluetooth / 2.4 GHz). Any lighting changes or commands via Synapse have no effect on the keyboard. I have tried the alternative procedure (ESC + Caps Lock + USB connection) to enter bootloader mode, without success. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse, tested with several certified data + power USB-C cables, and on multiple PCs, without any change. The official firmware update tool indicates that the installed version is the latest and does not offer a forced reinstallation. I suspect a corrupted firmware or hardware issue preventing full communication between the keyboard and the PC.

I recently topup 300 gold but I have no where to use it since it requires the 2 factor authenticator which is binded on my old phone number. I want to change it to my current one please. 

I have a blade 16 2025, I’m using a black widow v4 pro with it but the black widow doesn't appear as a device in chroma studio. I have windows dynamic lighting disabled for all devices in windows settings. Keyboard is plugged in via USB directly to laptop (no hub), I have latest firmware for the black widow (v1.05 released in January of this year). and latest razer apps.I’ve tried uninstalling all apps and re-installing, resetting the keyboard via caps and esc mechanism but no luck.One thing I’ve noticed is that when when I change synapse lighting settings from “RGB” to “dynamic” then the black widow keyboard appears in the chroma studio, as soon as I switch the settings back to “RGB” in synapse it disappears again. All other razer devices appear in studio (blade 16, basilisk mouse, Goliath mouse pad) without issue. So it seems to be just the black widow v4 pro having trouble being detected when RGB is enabled.

The most important factor for me is having a screen that is comfortable to look at. The display on this laptop was extremely comfortable and easy on my eyes. I could use it all night without experiencing any eye fatigue. That was the case until I updated the MCU firmware.Razer Synapse displayed a notification recommending that I update the BIOS and other software. After updating the MCU firmware, the laptop became difficult to use. The screen now causes significant eye discomfort, and I experience burning and dryness in my eyes. Hello Razer Support, I recently purchased a new pair of Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones and tried to register them on the Razer website to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound feature. However, the website says that my headphones are already registered to another account. Hello, my Razer Orochi V2  has several issues: the green LED randomly turns off or flashes, the cursor freezes, moves upward pixel by pixel, or suddenly teleports to the bottom of the screen, and clicks are sometimes delayed. Sometimes the mouse works normally for like 3 hours, then suddenly freezes and stops working completely. I have replaced the battery, restarted my PC, and tested the mouse on another computer, but the problem keeps coming back. i even try driver or firmware put it say it okay

it shows 0% battery wirelessly and wired but sometimes when i hold the power/dpi button for like 1 to 2 seconds the dongle for the viper v4 pro turns off the lights and in synapse 4 the mouse goes away and then it comes back sometimes it still shows 0% but sometimes 100% and im sure that its not 100% because its been a bit since my last chargeim on latest firmware, latest synapse 4 even tried factory resetting my mouse and reinstalling the drivers nothing worked

My order is stuck in clearance delay and FedEx is saying importer needs to provide a tariff number. Need some help.
