I have had the Basilisk X Hyperspeed a long time and have had no issues before, I just factory reset my laptop and now the left click will not work, first I had issues getting the mouse to even register on my bluetooth. I had to hold the left, right, and middle scroll wheel buttons to get it to show up. The mouse is now connected but the left click is just greyed out, it works, because when I left click, it right clicks, and right click works like left click now. When I go to synapse to change the bindings, it shows the right binds except left click which is greyed out. Now I have looked at every forum on this topic on this website, no solution has worked, I have tried swapping the bindings around, I have tried updating the firmware of the mouse, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers on the mouse, and basically anything else suggested on this website please help!!!

When I go to listent to music or audio for videos through bluetooth it continaully pauses at like 3 seconds of video played you go and start it up again and pauses again. If i listen with it attached via usb c it does not do this please help!

Dear Razer Support, I am writing to request a replacement HyperPolling Wireless Dongle for my Razer Viper V3 Pro mouse. Unfortunately, I lost the original dongle while travelling. After looking into the available replacement options, I understand that the standard replacement wireless dongles sold through the Razer Replacement Parts Store and other retailers are not compatible with the Razer Viper V3 Pro, and that this model requires its specific HyperPolling dongle. I would like to ask whether it is possible to purchase the correct replacement dongle directly from Razer. If it is currently out of stock, I would also appreciate the option to place a backorder or be added to a waiting list so that I can obtain one when it becomes available. Please let me know if you require the mouse serial number, proof of purchase, or any other information to process my request. Thank you for your time and assistance. I’ve been using Dynamic Sensitivity since buying my Razer mouse and had it calibrated perfectly for almost a year.I play FPS games at 1600 DPI with low in-game sensitivity. Dynamic Sensitivity lets me keep the slow, accurate sensitivity I want for normal aiming, while increasing to 2.15x when I make a very fast flick, allowing me to quickly turn 180° without having to move my mouse repeatedly across the pad.This worked perfectly for months.This was my original curve. 44 counts/ms was enough to keep normal mouse movements below the threshold, so 2.15x would only activate when I made a genuinely fast flick.Today, something suddenly changed. My normal mouse movements are now reaching ~120 counts/ms. This means my normal aiming movements are now triggering 2.15x.I’ve had to move the threshold to around 120 counts/ms just to get back to how it behaved before. Hello,Recently some keys (random) are double typing, which is very frustrating.I already did a firmware update, reset my keyboard to the default settings, check Windows keyboard settings, cleaned the keyboard.Nothing seems to work.Is there any solution to fix this? Thank you in advance.

Since the update, the keyboard frequently stops registering key inputs every 1–2 hours at a time, even though the lights remain on and the device appears connected. This has significantly disrupted my work and gaming experience.I kindly request that Razer provide a solution to this issue, or guidance on how to safely rollback/downgrade the firmware to a stable version.

I have been encountering this since I have updated to the latest firmware. I noticed that the firmware did not finish through it somehow cancelled halfway and did not prompt that firmware update is success.

Hello Razer Support, I recently regained access to my old Razer account, but I can no longer access the 2-Step Authentication method that was previously set up on the account. I also lost my old SIM card/phone number and no longer have my backup codes. I still have access to the email address associated with my Razer account. However, I cannot change my account information or update my 2-Step Authentication because the old authentication method is still required. Could you please help me recover the account and reset/remove the old 2-Step Authentication so I can set up a new authentication method? I am willing to provide the necessary information to verify that I am the account owner. Thank you.

Hi everyone & Razer SupportWhile playing games, the keyboard randomly freezes, stops responding, and gets stuck holding down random keys that I previously pressed.I cannot press any other key or exit the game. The only temporary fix is unplugging and replugging the USB cable.Currently on v2.02.I tried updating via the firmware installer, but it prevents any re-installation because it detects v2.02 as the latest version. downgrading is also not allowed.I have seen a few other posts describing the exact same issue after updating to v2.02, so it seems to be firmware-related.Is a new firmware patch currently in development to fix this issue? If so, is there an estimated release timeline? Is there any official method or tool to rollback to a previous stable firmware version while we wait for  

I'm missing one of those pieces. Does Razer sell spare parts?

Hello,I got this product brand new and followed the instructions that came with the product, I charged the case fully (more than 4 hours) using the razer cable that came with the box , the indicator on the case was green and I opened the case in order to enter pair mode . The earbud indicators stayed off and have never changed color or made any sound , none of my Bluetooth devices detect this device (iPhone, PC , Android phones or other iPhones from friends). I have repeated these steps multiple times and have followed every instruction i can find on the Internet, both from official Razer Support, other users and AI advice. I would like some help regarding this Issue.

I purchased this week a Razer Huntsman V3 HE Magnetic Mini 65% 8KHz, but from the beginning I am having an issue with the keyboard. I believe that after the latest firmware update, my keyboard is presenting the following issue:It is working normal, and suddenly doesn’t register any keystroke. The RGB lightning it’s still cycling, indicating the keyboard has power. Yet, any key you press doesn’t do anything. It’s after I unplug it and plug it again that it goes back normal.This has significantly disrupted my work and gaming experience.I kindly request that Razer provide a solution to this issue, or guidance on how to safely rollback/downgrade the firmware to a stable version.

The problem started this morning after months of use: first, the Backspace key stopped registering. Then, after I opened Razer Synapse, half the keyboard stopped working, followed by the entire thing, except for the extra buttons and the dial. I’ve tried everything: reinstalling Razer Synapse multiple times, restarting the computer, switching USB ports, switching to the other cable, connecting it to a different PC, performing a hard reset, disabling Rapid Trigger, and so on, nothing has helped. What could be wrong with the keyboard, and how can I fix it? I cannot send it in for a warranty claim right now and likely won't be able to for quite some time, but if this is a hardware issue rather than a software one, please provide information that might help me fix it. Please help.

Hello i got a naga v2hs and after 4 days the scroll wheel has stop going up and down. i tried in another pc and everything was ok until i connected to my account. I thought ok maybe thats a bug. i deleted my old account and made a new one ( this one). wheel never worked…. i am frustrated and i need some help. 

I'm trying to update my Basilisk X HyperSpeed to firmware v1.02.00_r2 using the official standalone updater, but I'm stuck at the Bluetooth pairing step.What I've tried:- Switched the mouse to BT mode and did the pairing button combo (both side buttons + DPI cycle button, held 3 seconds)- Paired the mouse manually through Windows Bluetooth settings — it pairs successfully and shows up correctly (Device Manager confirms driver RzDev_0083.sys, Razer Inc, version 1.0.0.71)- Removed and re-paired the Bluetooth connection- Restarted the updater and my PC- Checked Razer Synapse 4 — the mouse shows up fine and is fully customizable, but there's no firmware update option anywhere in the appDespite Windows recognizing the mouse correctly over Bluetooth, the Basilisk X HyperSpeed_FirmwareUpdater_v1.02.00_r2 updater's own "NEXT" button never activates past the pairing screen, so I can't proceed with the update.Is this a known issue with this updater build? Is there a newer version, or a workaroun

My BlackShark V3 Pro is showing up as "Speaker" in Windows 11!  Actually 2 different speakers - “Speakers BlackShark V3 Pro - Chat” and “Speakers BlackShark V3 Pro - Game”.  And get this, I only get sound output when I’m on the “Chat” one!  What gives?  How do I fix this? I’ve tried fully uninstalling all Razer stuff and then running the Razer driver cleaner, but when it comes back up it’s the same way.  Please walk me through exact steps to get this working.

I have a Razer USB 4 Dock RC21-0228 connected to a 14-inch Apple Silicon MacBook Pro running macOS Tahoe 26.6.2.The dock's built-in Gigabit Ethernet intermittently loses physical link after disconnecting/reconnecting the Mac. When this occurs, macOS shows the relevant Ethernet interface as media: none, status: inactive. Restarting macOS and reconnecting the USB4 host cable do not reliably restore it.Completely disconnecting the dock from the Mac, AC power and all peripherals for approximately 10 seconds, then reconnecting it restores Ethernet immediately.Is there a firmware update for the RC21-0228, including an unpublished/service firmware, that addresses Ethernet controller lockups? If not, is this a known hardware issue?

How I find the promo code?

Never had a issue charging the mouse before. When plugged in the mouse is being shown as charging but it is stuck at 2% and wont go any heigher. I have tried updating the firmware and using different usb ports have found no solution so far.

Can I buy the dongle that comes with the Razer Deathadder v4 Pro, I don’t have my receipt so I’m not expecting o get one for free but I would like to buy the HyperSpeed Wireless Gen-2 dongle by itself.
