Hello, the title’s pretty self-explanatory, but here’s the detailed version.I’d basically just bought this brand-spanking new Razer Blackshark V3 after some unfortunate mishaps with my previous headset. I’m noticing that today, the left headset won’t work, no matter which mode I set it to. I’ve set it on both wired and bluetooth, connected via the dongle. I’m seeing people say that I should adjust the levels of each headphone through my computer’s sound settings, but there’s no option to do so at all, and even after updating firmware it doesn’t help. What step should i take going forward? 

I wanted to post a resolution to an issue I had since it took GPT and I a couple hours of troubleshooting to find the answer.  Hopefully this helps someone in the future by making the resolution more easily accessible to both AI and meat bags like myself.  Resolution / Root CauseI was able to resolve an issue with my Razer Basilisk V3 26k DPI Optical mouse (RZ01-0400) after extensive troubleshooting.  It’s an enterprise managed Macbook that worked perfectly fine until I upgraded the OS to Tahoe 26.6.2.  I never installed Synapse before today, since it worked fine until the OS update.  I have a USB KVM switching between my Windows 11 gaming PC and my work Mac, so I was able to quickly confirm on my Windows machine that the mouse hardware was perfectly fine, so most of my troubleshooting was around drivers and software, and since I’m using Windows-native Keyboard and Mouse, I had installed a few apps to make the keyboard and mouse “usable” for me - Karabiner and Scroll Reverser.  Again,

I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset and I am trying to register the product with my Razer ID.However, when I enter the product activation code, I receive a message stating that the product has already been registered to another Razer ID. I have never registered this headset before and I am the current owner of the product.Could you please help me resolve this issue and remove the previous registration, or provide me with a way to register the headset to my Razer ID?I can provide proof of purchase, photos of the product, serial number, and any other information required to verify ownership.Thank you for your assistance. My razer devices disconnect and reconnect out of nowhere. When it starts this cycle of disconnects and reconnects, it usually happens for several minutes straight. This is not a USB or motherboard problem. It happens to my razer keyboard and mouse at the same time. My Chroma lighting on my keyboard will revert to default color design when it disconnects, and then back to my preferred chroma settings when it reconnects. It disconnects and reconnects every couple of seconds until I reboot. Even if I plug my keyboard and mouse into different pots, the problem persists. I've tried plugging my mouse and keyboard into USB ports that I know don't have a problem, because I have other devices plugged into them that stay connected all the time. However, the problem persists no matter which USB ports I use. My mouse experiences the exact same problem at the same time, which makes it nearly impossible to use, because when it disconnects, I obviously have no input. It reconnects for a second or 2

Hi, just got this mouse, and all is good.I would however like to switch the positions of the back and forward buttons, but it seems that function is not available for remapping? (those two functions don't appear as options to choose)Is this correct?

Hello Razer Support,My Razer Blade 15 Base (2021) shows a "Secure Boot Violation - Invalid signature detected. Check Secure Boot Policy in Setup" error every time Secure Boot is enabled in the BIOS. The laptop boots into Windows 11 normally only when Secure Boot is disabled.This is NOT a hardware fault - the laptop works perfectly with Secure Boot off.Device details:- Model: RZ09-0369 (Product No. RZ09-0369AW22)- OS: Windows 11Troubleshooting already done:- Complete format and reinstall of Windows on the laptop and issue shortly returned.- The BIOS Secure Boot menu only shows System Mode (Deployed), Vendor Keys (Active) and an Enable/Disable toggle. There is no Key Management, no Secure Boot Mode, and no option to restore or reset the Secure Boot keys.- Windows is genuine, BitLocker is off, and there is no dual-boot or third-party bootloader.Built a recovery drive on the following link which worked once, however the issue returned and the drive is no longer resolving the error: Secure

My standard V3 just arrived and I can't seem to get the game/chat mix to work on PC. In my Windows Sound Playback tab I have the Default Communications Device set to Blackshark V3 (Chat) and the Default Device set to Blackshark V3 (Game). In the Recording tab I have the Default Device set to Blackshark V3 (Chat). However, when I open Discord settings, set both the Input and Output Device to Blackshark V3 (Chat) (as recommended in Synapse for game/chat mix to function correctly) and then start a Discord call, all system and call audio goes silent. As soon as I exit the call system audio comes back. I've also ensured the game/chat dial is set to the middle and not all the way to one side. The only way to avoid this is to set my Discord Input and Output Device to Blackshark V3 (Game), but then the game/chat mix dial doesn't work and simply lowers both system and call volume. Any advice? I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I bought this keyboard as soon as it came out and immediately updated it to the latest firmware. After getting it, I calibrated everything, and just to be sure, I even pressed down firmly on all the keys.Despite this, I'm still experiencing missing inputs, certain keys getting stuck, and ghost inputs from the ESC and F5 keys even when I don't touch them.I know you guys are aware of this issue, but I'm really curious why everyone seems to be having this exact problem with ESC and F5 specifically, rather than keys like F7 or F9.The issue actually seems to get a bit better if I completely close Synapse 4. When is this going to be fixed? Can this even be fixed with a firmware update?

 I've been experiencing a strange issue with my Viper V4 Pro and I'm wondering if anyone else has seen something similar.The problemAfter moving the mouse and then leaving it completely still, there seems to be a 5-10% chance that the mouse enters some kind of bugged state.Once it happens:The wireless dongle never goes to sleep. Windows thinks there is constant activity, so the monitor never turns off automatically. If I'm watching a fullscreen video with the cursor hidden, the cursor pops up every few seconds. As of yesterday, I now hear a delayed echo from my mic using side tone instead of the pass through it usually offers. The app is also bugged and keeps showing a pop up saying make the Black Shark V2 pro your default device when it already is. Also using the mute switch lowers all audio until unmuted which places it back to normal.Anyone else seeing this?  

My dongle is broken and my blackshark v2 pro headset still works, Bluetooth sound horribe on PC, could i buy a replacement? Can it be shipped or picked up in queensland australia around the goldcoast area?

Hi,I just bought the Razer Kiyo V2 X. The main reason for buying this device is the Lifetime Camo Studio subscription it comes with. I think that the registration can only be completed by installing Razer Synapse? But the problem is that I am on MacOS and the Razer Kiyo V2 X is not supported by Razer on MacOS. Now what do I do to get the lifetime Camo subscription??

Hi,I’m looking at buying the RAZER NAGA V3 PRO mouse. I’m a radiologist, and unfortunately we hotdesk and can’t install Synapse onto work computers.My question is: can I assign text macros to different buttons to this mouse, so that I can:- take mouse to work- plug it in, use without synapse- Use the side mouse buttons to basically paste a wall of text when requiredE.g. most brain scans are normal - it will save me a huge amount of time to be able to press a button and quickly paste my 3 paragraph normal brain report.2nd Q: Will I be able to assign a macro for e.g. “CTRL+B”. Happy to use synapse at home to program these macros, but I need them to work in the office where I can’t install synapse Thanks in advance
