I am posting here to ask for advice and to see if anyone else has experienced something similar with the Razer Iskur V2 chair.I purchased the chair through Amazon and it has experienced repeated failures while still under warranty. Over time, multiple components of the chair have needed replacement, and Razer support has acknowledged in writing that the chair has required several warranty part replacements.The problem is that the replacement parts have not solved the issue. The chair continues to have defects that affect its usability.I requested either a refund or a full replacement chair since the warranty repairs have not actually fixed the problem. Razer’s response has been that because the purchase was made through Amazon, they cannot issue a refund directly. They have said the only option they can provide is continuing to replace spare parts under what they call a “White Glove Treatment” process.The issue is that Amazon will not process a refund at

 Razer BlackShark V3 Pro – Random Audio Cut (Chat Endpoint Investigation)Issue Description Audio randomly cuts out during gameplay (mostly CS2). The headset remains powered on. There is no disconnect/reconnect sound. Windows does not show the device as disconnected. I must power cycle the headset to restore sound. Gameplay recording still captures both game and Discord audio even when I cannot hear anything from the headset. Key Observations When audio cuts out: Windows still shows the device as active. No USB disconnect event occurs. No RF disconnect sound is heard. Recorded clips still contain full game + Discord audio. ➜ This confirms the PC audio stream is still active. my mouse is not turning on but when i hold the left, right, and scroll button it is giving blue light  but for a couple of minutes and it is not responding 

June 2021 I bought a razer Deathadder v2 chroma and I used it all the way up to October 2022 as it felt "strange" to use.During this time of using that mouse, I have been playing my games on 900 DPI and suddenly the last month of me using the mouse the sensitivity felt really off, it was uncomfortable and I kept miss-clicking all the time. I tried lowering the DPI but it still felt odd like my mouse was on ice, moving really unexpectedly fast.I have been using some old mice until I could get a new one and everything was perfect.  I bought a new razer Deathadder v2 chroma on 3rd of January 2023 and until 3-4 days ago everything was fine. It started having the same issue as my previous mouse I couldn't fix and I am worried that I will need to buy a new one AGAIN. I have tried using it on a different PC and it feels the same.I have tried putting it on a different port but still the same issue.I have tried uninstalling razer synapse and installi

I was playing a game and out of nowhere I got a notification that the mouse battery was low. I plugged it in and it wouldn't charge at all. Now the battery is dead and it won't turn on; it's like the mouse is completely dead. I tried contacting support but the bot just keeps replying with the same thing: "Oops, I didn't understand, try again."

I am about to buy Razer Customized Print Gigantus V2 XXLAnd I would like to know if its ok to place my gaming laptop on it My gaming laptop gets warm while gaming,  I had unpleasant experience with similar products from other companies braking down or ungluing itself because of warm laptop standing it. So how will razer gigantus do? is it ok to hold my laptop on it? or its not recommended to place warm devices on it? 

Hello wise insiders,I have just received my Blackwidow v4 Pro keyboard today and it will simply not work for me. When i connect it the keyboard lights are constantly flickering in the same color and the keyboard is completely unresponsive.  It will not show as a connected device on Razer Synapse. All of these issues happens on both my  PC and my Laptop. Now the interesting thing is that everything worked perfectly on my PC for like 5 minutes all of a sudden. Then all the issues started happening again. When i reboot my PC with the keyboard already connected it works for about a single second before it crashes again. And i get the USB device connected and disconnected sounds from Windows. I have tried using different USB ports,  reinstalled Synapse and rebooted my PC more times then i can count.  Anyone else encountered this issue?Thank you so much for all your help. <3

Hey everyone,After updating to the latest Razer Synapse 4, the mute LED on my BlackWidow V4 Pro no longer turns red when I mute audio.The mute button still works, and the LED itself still lights up as part of Chroma effects — it just doesn’t switch to the red indicator when muted anymore.This was working perfectly before the update.What I’ve tried so far: Restarted PC Reinstalled Synapse 4 Checked firmware updates Reset keyboard profile Switched USB ports No change.Is anyone else seeing this? Feels like the update may have broken the mute indicator override.Thanks.

I was studying when suddenly my Razor mouse scroll wheel went completely unresponsive. Everything else works. I tried blowing into the mouse wheels to free up dirt but nothing worked. I’ve had this mouse for around 3 years now and it’s given me good service. I don’t know why its suddenly acting up now. Can someone please help me.

I can't access my 2-step authentication so most of the features and settings are I can't open it. Because I'm not receiving any 6 digit codes in my email.I can't even contact them about this problem because it's not listed.They don't have a public support email.I can't call their support number because it's an international number (I don't have an international call mins) 

I recently had a fire at my place of residence, my computer was still inside but was able to be recovered by the firefighters. He was able to grab my computer and my Mouse but the dongle and charger was gone. We won’t be able to return back to the property until restorations are done but I desperately need my mouse now please

Today, I have received my Razer Viper V3 Pro from Amazon. Upon first impression, it seemed like a great mouse until I noticed that it unfortunately came without the 8k Hyperpolling dongle. Is there anything I can do about this? Pictures below is the S/N and P/N as well as a photo of what was received.(Removed photo showing the device serial number)

Hello. I had some problems with my Lancehead like random walk of the sensor etc. searched a bit and found the fw-updater-tool. I tried updating both but got stuck at 5% with the mouse and then hearing a win disconnect sound (lights go off and nothings works - had to unplug to get it working again) then i tried the dongle updater and got something like checking firmware (i think it did something because now the dongle doesn´t work anymore so now it´s a wired mouse...) I really had problems with all of my razer products now and I hope that someone can help me with this…

Hi Razer Support,I recently purchased a new Razer BlackShark V2 X from a local retailer (TraDa Tech via TikTok Shop). However, when I tried to register the product to get the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code, the system said it was "Already Activated" or didn't respond.I have attached my proof of purchase and the Serial Number of the headset. Could you please verify and provide me with a new activation code?

Was playing with my wolverine v3 pro controller and the left joystick just suddenly lost all tension, it is loose, sort of dangles in its socket, and can spin. I was gaming with the controller when it broke but it was during a moment I was barely using it, not during any intense usage like I would expect. It just randomly gave out during a very mundane moment. What should I do? Is there some sort of way to service these things? 

Does anyone know where to get a new cord or best way to fix a clicking sound coming from microphone i looked thru a couple threads but didnt see anything

All started with the last windows update, my BlackShark v2 x audio started to fail/lag in some applications, using or not using Dolby atmos. Then I decided to install 7.1 Surrounding sound software and it worked perfectly, until I restarted my PC. I have checked all possible foruns and links about how to fix it, I am not using any Spatial sound in any sound output, and both my 7.1 speaker output and headphone are set to the same frequency. I also tried to reinstall the software, which worked again until I restarted my pc. 

I used my headphones since 2022, used it on different devices but mostly on Windows PC. It was connected through a type c to usb type a receiver - to a ugreen hub. Yesterday I replaced my monitor and connected it through the same ugreen - I know it sounds unrelated but after I connected it (although I’m not sure about the exact timing) headphones are unpaired. I checked with other devices like ipad - when i plug in type c dongle it cannot be seen in settings. What could be the problem here? I also saw in some posts it can be connected with Bluetooth, not with a dongle. But not sure if it’s possible with this model. Could anyone help me with this one? Thanks in advance.

Hello,I’ve been using synapse 4  since mid 2025. Back in the day I had to convert all my synapse  3 macro to, synapse 4 and they were working well since then on my naga pro v2. However yesterday, all my macro are gone and are nowhere to  be found on the synapse 4 macro  tab.I am still logged in, I still see the macro associated to my mouse  key  but the macro tab is now empty
