Razer Support

I have the Wolverine V4 and I just wanted to reach out to see if this has been happening with other users. Whenever i plug the controller in and try to use it at the same time it disconnects or freaks out causing me to have to turn off the console and spend 30 minutes trying to resync it. Ive used the cord provided/ and other cords. I tried direct connections with the console and a usb hub. Does anyone know a fix or is it designed like this on purpose?

I deleted most of my system files for razer, used the driver cleaner for razer, updated windows, updated my drivers for my gpu. and im running my it in admin but wont open up the installer, a razer err file shows up when i use the installer but nothing shows up. I cannot get it to work or do anything as i was on 3.0 but when i tried to install 4.0 it asked me to use admin and never actually updated even after a restart and it completing the update. I seriously dont know what on earth caused the software to be acting up so terribly but at this point i cant install or use the software. ive deleted it completely from my pc using control panel and ive looked in every nook and crany and deleted the razor folders and etc which i looked up online but i STILL cannot get it to open or even work in the slightest. I game ALOT and its quickly becoming a MASSIVE problem for me ive went through absolutely any and every way to get it up and working again but it just isnt working.

Razer Naga V2 Pro Firmware Update Bricks the DeviceI was on firmware version v1.3.0.0.Tried updating to:v2.61.01_r1 v3.00.00_r1In both cases, once the update reaches 99%, the mouse does not turn on again (getting an error that says the mouse is not connected). After this, Windows does not register the mouse at all any more. I have tried this on multiple machines.I had to hard reset back to v1.3.0.0 (using left + right + middle mouse buttons together) to even get Windows to recognise that a device is input and using the v1.3.0.0 firmware to update.I know the v3.00.00_r1 firmware update is only a few days old but the issue persists. Please fix this.

I’VE SPENT HALF-AN-HOUR LOOKING FOR A LINK TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM!!WHERE THE HELL IS IT????THE SCROLL WHEEL STOPPED WORKING ON Razer Basilisk V3 X HyperSpeed, I BOUGHT IT 14 MONTHS AGO. WHERE IS THE LINK TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM????? 

Anyone else notice the controller loosing signal or having input delay while on Xbox wirelessly? Returned one controller already thinking it was defective. May just be software related? Any help fixing this would be great! 

After registering my new Basilisk V4 Pro mouse, which I bought from Razer and just received yesterday (after ordering it more than two weeks ago), I tried to buy Razer Care, which a previous support tech (Case number 261014-002525) said I could do once I received the mouse.No go. Although your warranty section recognized the serial number, RazerCare says it can’t be found. I can’t get past the serial number screen. The serial number is io2638h38907861.Also, it seems like I only had 15 days from the day of purchase (Oct. 8, 2026) to get RazerCare Elite, which is what I wanted, since it covers accidental damage. Due to a customs shipping delay, I did not get my mouse until after that 15-day window.I am not interested in RazerCare Essential, only the Elite. I’d like to be able to buy it, since the shipping delay was out of my control.Also, I already put a support ticket in, but that goes first to tech support, then to sales, etc., so that’s days away from any resolution.Tried phoning, but

My kiyo v2 is not connected to a usb hub and directly into my pc but it still won’t even turn on. I got it from amazon and for some reason it won’t connect. I have tried multiple ports and looked up multiple help options but nothing has worked.

Since I started using my Razer BlackShark V3 Pro headset, I have been experiencing an issue with the Discord desktop app on Windows.Whenever VALORANT is in the foreground, new Discord notification sounds and sound effects, such as mute/unmute and users joining voice calls, stop playing. However, Discord voice chat itself works perfectly fine, and I can still hear other people speaking.Interestingly, Discord works correctly in a web browser, even when VALORANT is in the foreground. The issue also does not occur with other games, such as Roblox and Overwatch.I have already tried reinstalling Discord, resetting its audio settings, testing both the Game and Chat audio outputs, updating the headset firmware, and factory-resetting the headset. Hello guys,I’m having trouble installing my Synapse.I installed Synapse, but right after I log in, it starts to download a 235kb file for a few minutes and then returns a message saying "installation failed". my dongle randomly stopped working and is no longer detected, i tried a bunch of different pairing utilities and tried on a different pc, still no luck. I think i need a replacement, i have serial number of mouse and am in new zealand.

My Razer laptop Blade (RZ09-0423  2022) is overheating immediately upon start up. It is out of warranty. I cleaned and changed the thermal paste using PTM 7950. The laptop is clean. The fans work. It is used in a cool dry space. My best diagnostic is that the vapor chamber is broken. So many questions Is Razer vapor chamber breaks as common as I read in chats?This is still a good laptop otherwise hardly used memory. Is this a Razer problem? Is this recall worthy?How long should a vapor chamber last?I have kept the fans clean. What causes a vapor chamber to break?This appears common for these computers.The fix costs as much as a new computer. What do I do? Is there any support?

So I just bought the RAZER Blackshark V2 X from amazon as I wanted to finally get good headphones. I was excited to try surround sound with the different games I play. When I set it up last night I was able to open the app and put in the code to activate it. I was also able to toggle it on and off perfectly fine. This morning when I got onto the PC I tried opening the app so I could test the differences with one of the games I play. Now it doesn’t open the 7.1 surround sound app even when that is the app I search for and click on. Now it just opens the Razer AppEngine in the notification area of the task bar but does not open any app. It asked me to sign in with Razer ID so I did and still doesn’t open surround sound. Now surround sound is stuck on and I don't know how that will effect other things on my pc.

I have had the razor headset for four months and I started noticing cracks and very light squeaking when I turned the headphone joints side to side. Today the right side had a little plastic fall off, dislodging the cord. is there a way to fix/replace/Get a refund?

I was  just playing games and my headset just disconnected and then i noticed that my dongle isnt working when im putting it in ANY USB port and want to know if its just better to buy a new headset.

 The Preflow Archon M3 600 advertises a 600MHz MCU, roughly 50KHz scanning, and frame synchronization for more consistent input timing—all for around $70-$90 in Korea.Meanwhile, flagship keyboards from Razer and Corsair cost more than twice as much. Why aren’t these brands leading the way in processing power, scan rates, and input consistency?As a Huntsman V3 TKL 8KHz owner, I find this frustrating. At this price, I expect cutting-edge hardware and firmware development to match the premium branding. What exactly are we paying the premium for? Of course, Razer is still doing much better than SteelSeries, which doesn’t even offer 8K polling yet. I have recently just got the Razer Blackshark v3 Pro as a girft for my birthday, i javent messed with any of the settings and i have installed the latest firmware for the headset.I have enabled the Mic Monitoring becsuse i like the feedback, but it sounds quite robotic if i put it to the max. I have turned it down to 4 and it sounds 'ok', but if the mic picks up a higher pitch, it still sounds robotic.Am i doing something wrong or is this how its intended? I previously had the razer kitty headset and the mic monitoring sounded perfect even on the max settings.

I have a case in with support, but this is super frustrating.  purchased the basilisk v4 pro and v2 dock a week ago. Instantly out of the box was fine for 5-10mins. Then the cursor froze. Only way to unfreeze was if I hit the DPI button or turn off and back on. Then play a little more, boom freeze again. Same issue. Same thing. Doesn’t matter if I’m using the dongle or Dock. Same problem. $180 mouse, should work just fine. Especially it being WIRELESS, that should work no problem.  So I called razer support 2 days ago, they made me do a ton of tests. No fix, it’s “defective”. Send it back get it a new one today. No shit, less than 30 mins of the new one and guess what. FROZEN CURSOR. It’s not defective, I can’t be the only one having this issue. Need a hot fix update and get this working. I sent videos in and am waiting for the better support team to help. I have loved my V3, wish I didn’t get rid of it. I have 10 days to figure it out or I’ll be returning this garbage and getting some

I got the newly released V4 Pro with the V2 dock a couple days ago.  First of all the battery doesn’t last a single day (1000hz @ 40% RGB brightness). I got to work today with a full battery, and while using the standard USB 2.4ghz dongle 8 hours later the battery is already on 5%. My Viper Ultimate from 5 years ago still lasts longer than this today…At home the V2 dock/charging is sluggish, with lighting profiles getting bugged out when placing on/off the dock. There’s a 10-15 second delay when docking the mouse before it begins charging, and when my PC is off the mouse on the dock doesn’t charge (again my old Viper + Dock always charged immediately and when my PC was shutdown) Surely these are just software bugs right? Either way it’s a pretty poor show for a brand-new mouse from a company as well established as Razer. I like the mouse, but this stuff is just unacceptable. 

I wanna make sure the kraken kitty v3 pro is compatible with Xbox before I buy or if there's a work around to make it work like a separate connector I need to but from razer or something.  Im assuming it does since there's 3 different connection ways. 

The trackpad freezes when used, almost to the level of unsability, sometimes it works fine in the upper part, sometimes with a big lag. 

I tried to purchase some in game currency using razer gold, it asks for OTP,  but instead of sending code it says “Request Restricted”. How to fix it. I tried changing to google auth in 2FA but everywhere I press it asks for OTP and I dont get the OTP. already contacted support but need a fast solution

I’ve purchased Razer BlackWidow V4 Low-Profile wireless keyboard on Amazon yesterday. But I’m facing issues right out of the box. Missing keystrokes while typing, and happening more frequently with specific keys like the “i” and “f” also sometimes it will register the key more than once like “heeello”. I tried the troubleshooting methods on the forum, updated firmware, exited Synape app, restartng, and used cable (wired) instead of the dongle. But still the issue persists. Could you please advise?This is so frustrating because I just unboxed it and was so excited to use it.
