Would really appreciate some assistance solving this ongoing issue I’ve faced since switching to Razer products.Running Windows 11Launching the Synapse start menu shortcut in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Razer as administrator doesn’t open anything and nothing labeled as Razer appears in Task Manager.I’ve also added Razer Program Files, Program Files x86, and %appdata% folders to windows defender exclusions under virus and threat protection.Launching C:\Program Files\Razer\RazerAppEngine\RazerAppEngine.exe also doesn’t workMain problem with this current workaround is that I have to pin a shortcut to the Start Menu which will change with every Synapse update. 

I recently purchased a Razer Barracuda X headset after using a very old and broken headset for a long time. I am extremely happy with it save for one thing: in some of the games I play, audio that originates from a certain distance or is below a certain volume seems to just get cut out. I cannot hear sounds other players make unless they are relatively close to me. I’ve tried pretty much everything I’ve seen online. This issue persisted between devices, after completely uninstalling 7.1 surround sound and restarting my computer, trying different USB ports, adjusting computer audio settings, etc. My old headset, despite being very low-end and broken, still registered the quieter sounds that originated farther from my location. I haven’t seen anyone else mention this specific issue, but I’m hopeful that someone can give me guidance on how to fix this. Thank you in advance to anyone who can help me!

Hey, I recently bought the blackshark v3 pro headset for my Xbox and my dongle appears to have stopped working. I was looking to purchase a new one but saw that you guys don’t sell them. I’m not sure if there’s anywhere else to get one either. Any help?

Hey everyone,Just wanted to share how I fixed a super frustrating issue with my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) on Windows 11.Basically, Synapse wasn't saving my audio settings, and the EQ/mic enhancements just refused to work properly after restarting or reconnecting.Tried reinstalling drivers, Synapse, even THX... nothing worked. But here’s what finally solved it: Download and clean install Windows 10. (Yeah, I know—sounds dumb, but trust me. Win11 skips some stuff.) After Win10 install, open Windows Update and let it download all missing drivers and updates. This part is key. My headset finally installed correctly here. Once everything works fine on Win10, upgrade back to Windows 11. After upgrade, the system kept the working drivers from Win10 and everything just worked

I just bought the the new Cinnamoroll edition of the Kraken V2 Bluetooth headset.  Just found out I cant use it with my Playstation but obviously thats a Playstation thing.  They work just fine playing music on my phone but when I try and connect to my PC its a whole MESS.  The headset wont stay connected to the computer for more than 5 seconds at a time.  And if it does, theres no audio at all.  Ive double checked that they are my “default audio device” and Im right next to my computer so theres literally no distance at all between the devices.  I saw somewhere online that having a bluetooth mouse could be the issue but i refuse to believe one other device using bluetooth can mess things up this badly.  and given that they work just fine using bluetooth on my phone in the same place im trying to use it with my computer i doubt thats the issue.  Please help :(

Good afternoon,  I purchased the viper 8k ambidextrous mouse and it arrived two days ago, since then the left click has completely stopped working, probably at least 10 times by now. Having to unplug the mouse and back in again to get it working or use a different mouse to be able to go through options.Things I have tried.Tried multiple different USB ports on the computerUninstalled and reinstalled the firmwareUninstalled  Synapse and reinstalled itTried using the mouse with and without Synapse being open.Tested my other mice to make sure it wasn’t a USB port issue, they worked fine.  I have gone through the forum and it seems those are the main “fixes” that have been given to test so I have gone through them and it’s still happening. It is a shame as I’ve never gone with razer before and saw I could finally get a mouse for left handed side buttons which are seemingly rare nowadays. If there is a fix for it I haven’t yet tried I will happily give it a go. Hi there!I’ve got a razer tartarus V2 and a pro. And recently upgraded from synapse 3 to 4. Which seemed fine at first. But along the way i’ve come to notice atleast 1 quite annoying issue.In synapse 3 i was able to use right and left alts distinctly, but seem to be unable to do so now. Even tho my old profile keys still recognize them, i cannot add new ones or change old ones.For example. On G1 i want the ‘hotkey’ Right Alt + 1. Which would show exactly like that on synapse 3. When i try to do this now on synapse 4. The only registration that happens is Alt.Even when using another program that DOES support it (logitech Ghub, Corsair Icue) and configure a hotbutton there to then press and try to insert into synapse, it simply fails.How can we fix this? Because with macro’s it works, but macro’s are simply slower. I’ve attached a screenshot of an imported keyboard fuction, which works like a charm.

Hi. I have problem with my earbuds. They are working very well on my phone and pc but on ps5 pro the sound is very low about 10 present and the audio is like old cheap Walkman headphones ! The version is for ps5 and this is the reason I bought this product.  

Hello Razer Support,I have a Razer Blade 14 (2017) with BIOS Version 3.02 (Product Version 6.06).Whenever I enable Secure Boot, the laptop fails to boot and displays:"Secure Boot Violation – Invalid signature detected. Check Secure Boot Policy in Setup."If I disable Secure Boot, Windows boots normally.I have already performed a clean installation of Windows 10 in UEFI mode and reset the BIOS to default settings, but the issue persists. My BIOS also does not have Key Management or Restore Factory Keys options.Could you please advise how to restore Secure Boot functionality or whether there is a BIOS update or fix available for my device?Thank you.

I bought Razer Hammerhead true wireless PRO headphones, installed the Razer Audio application on my phone, ordinary Bluetooth sees the headphones, and immediately connects to them, but the application does not see! I turned on geolocation, gave all the permissions on the phone, but it still doesn't see the headphones! How do I connect headphones to the app on my phone?

How do  you disable automatic updates for Razer Synapse? There’s a thread from about 2 years ago which is no longer relevant and I don’t see any options in the settings. Is there any way to do this, short of permanently blocking the connection for all Razer executables in Windows 11?
