The battery is always stuck at 4% and I constantly get the low battery warning, no matter how long I leave it plugged in.When connected by cable, the mouse works perfectly. I always use the original cable, and I’ve left the mouse idle while charging, but the percentage never goes up.What I’ve already tried:Updating the firmware Charging with the original cableHas anyone had the same problem, or does anyone know of a fix? Hi,I’m experiencing an audio issue with my Razer BlackShark V3 Pro after updating the headset firmware using Firmware Updater v1.4.0_r1.Previously, both “Razer BlackShark V3 Pro - Game” and “Razer BlackShark V3 Pro - Chat” outputs were working correctly. After the firmware update, the Chat output still works, but the Game output no longer produces any audio.Troubleshooting performed:Confirmed the “Game” output is visible and enabled in Windows. Set “Razer BlackShark V3 Pro - Game” as the active/default output. Checked Windows volume and device levels. Restarted the headset and reconnected the wireless dongle. Restarted Razer Synapse. Tested the Game endpoint directly through Windows Sound Control Panel (mmsys.cpl).Current behaviour:“Razer BlackShark V3 Pro - Chat” works normally. “Razer BlackShark V3 Pro - Game” produces no audio. I recently got a new USB dongle (not the hyperpolling one) for my Razer Viper V3 hyperspeed mouse after I damaged the original one. I downloaded the correct firmware updater, launched it, updated my new dongle within a few seconds but then the next step where I was supposed to turn on the mouse and update it became an issue. The firmware updater can’t detect the mouse and I don’t know what to do since there is no USB cable I could use to connect the mouse and the pc that way. The mouse is powered by an AA battery. If anyone has any info on what to do, your help would be greatly appreciated.

I installed a synapse app right after connecting mouse to a laptop and it worked perfectly fine for all these years, but around a month ago i randomly thought of disabling the synapse auto-launch (wanted to check how it would affect the laptop performance). This past Saturday, I noticed for the first time that the Philips Hue inegration feature with Razer Synapse 4 stopped working for me. Whenever I activate Philips Hue, the lights simply turn off and stay off instead of displaying colors until the Philips Hue service is shut off. I’ve noticed that the feature still works if I’m using it for more basic Razer Chroma features like the presets, but using it for either Razer Axon or the Chroma Immersive Experience results in no lights being shown despite the Philips Hue tab in Razer Chroma indicating otherwise. I have two PC setups and determined that, on my other setup, the Philips Hue integration feature still works as expected, indicating that the issue is isolated entirely in my other setup.As part of troubleshooting, I have performed the following:-Uninstalling and re-installing Razer Synapse 4 and Chroma.-Uninstalling Razer Synapse 4 and Chroma, using the Driver Cleaner to uninstall all drivers, then re-installing Razer Synapse 4 and Ch

My USB dongle connects to the headphones, but after 30 seconds it disconnects and won't connect again. I'm looking for a way to replace the USB dongle. Do the Nari Ultimate headphones offer this option, or do I need to buy a new pair of headphones? I've tried everything suggested online, but nothing has helped. Hi Razer Support,I am using the Razer Huntsman V3 Pro Tenkeyless 8KHz.In Razer Synapse, the Caps Lock key is marked as “Reserved” under the Actuation tab, so I cannot select it to adjust its actuation point. It is currently set to 0.1 mm, making it too sensitive and causing accidental activation.I have already tried switching to a new custom profile, but Caps Lock is still marked as “Reserved”.Is there any way to unlock Caps Lock and adjust its actuation point individually without changing the actuation points of my other keys?Thank you.

My laptop appears to be affected by a known manufacturing defect involving the Vapor Chamber cooling system.The CPU reaches temperatures of up to 100°C even under no-load conditions, resulting in severe thermal throttling and system instability.As the laptop is no longer covered by warranty, I performed maintenance on the cooling system myself, including replacing the thermal paste on both the CPU and GPU.
