So like many of you i have purchased a RazerBlade Pro 17' 2TB Raid0 4k Full HD Model. I bought because i need it for work and for 2 months razer has cost me 28k worth of money loose.I dj for a living and when my equipment need's updating it needs to be updated. I've called support but no one gives a car to help me.I keep getting this error and ive tried everything including all updates to rst and system32/drivers file renaming and stuff , Still no luck.
If anyone can please help me get my laptop up to date then that would be nice since razer has to told me to eff off because the laptop i bought from them that cost me 5k obviously is crap.I guess my money isn't good enough from them.Never purchasing razer products again.

Hey there! Sorry to hear that you went through all this in order to get support. This is not what Razer aimed. Please send me a PM together with your recent case ID so I can review it. Let's continue from there.
Hi Buddy,
It sounds like you need operating system support. I don' t think that's Razer's responsibility. I recommend you contact Microsoft. Honestly, If I were losing money that fast, I would buy a backup laptop and have it ready to go. Technical hardware and software issues are always around the corner, so if your business relies on a piece of equipment, it's best to have a spare.
Good luck
