18 fps in cod all lowest settings PLUGED IN AND BETTER FOS AROUND 20 UNPLUGGED

in call of duty warzone my laptop pluged in gets less fps than not plugged and when it is unplugged for a while and plugged back in i get a short period of average fps around 70 then drops back down to 19 playing at everything lowest 720p specs i7 9750h gtx 1660 ti 16gb ddr4

    • Could you please exit Razer Cortex and launch the game from your PC to see whether the FPS is normal?
    • If the first way is not working, could you please set your PC Power Options to be 'Balanced(recommended)', and see whether this issue persists? To change your Power Options, please go to 'Desktop'> 'Control Panel'> 'Hardware and Sound'> 'Power Options'.
