Title pretty much says everything.
Received my new Razer Blade 15 Base last week Wednesday afternoon. On Friday, I noticed there was a BIOS update for the system and ran it. Windows BSOD'd while running and bricked the BIOS. I immediately opened a case. I've spoken to support multiple times to try to get this escalated and am still waiting. Case 210130-000342.
Also, last week I decided to also upgrade the support since I did pay so much for this. Within the 15 day window of purchase I should be able to buy Razer Care Elite. Since I will be travelling with this guy quite a bit in the future, I figured it would be smart to put it on. But, as of yesterday, I can only put on Essentials to extend the warranty. I have a case open for this as well.
If there is anything you can do to help me get this RMA taken care of ASAP, I would appreciate it. Love the gear, but the support times are killin' me.
