Hi, I recently bought a Kraken X headset, and when I went to install the 7.1 software, I scratched the code because it was to hard to reveal, can you help with this by any chance?

Sorry to hear about what happened to your activation card. Take note that the 7.1 Surround Sound code generation is subject for approval. Allow me to communicate with our Support Team by sending me the following:

a. A photo that shows the damaged activation card
b. A photo that shows the device's serial number from the device or original box.

Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. Ensure to set the link's settings that will allow viewing its content. Also, fill in the following, so I can initiate a request on your behalf:
