I reset my pc, then I went to install 7.1 surround sound again and when I went to put the activation code in the "7.1 surround sound" application again it says that the code has already been used, what do I do?

7.1 Surround Sound should automatically reactivate once you log in with the same Razer ID you used while activating the code. But considering the error message that you’re getting, you may need to clean install the application to try to resync it with our servers.
