7.1 surround, license code already used (shouldn't have been)

Hello,

I purchased a tournament edition headset quite a while back and only scratched the card off today. When I tried registering it said that the license code had already been used. Not by me.

I'd like some help with this please. The scratch card was intact until 15 minutes ago, and I'm not getting an "invalid license" message, just "already used". I downloaded the 7.1 app, so the place I'm typing it in is the correct one.

If you need the serials or whatever code from the headphone box, I can easily provide them. This seems like an easy fix. Whether someone else used the one that belongs to me or its just a glitch in the system, I don't really care. All I need is the license key I paid for and I'll be on my way.

I reckon that you're not supposed to get that error message considering that you only used the code today. I can initiate a code generation request on your behalf provided that you send me the following:

1. A photo of the scratch card.
2. The original box that shows the device’s serial number.
3. A photo or copy of your proof of purchase.
