hi there, I've downloaded the 7.1 surround sound app for my razer kraken pro V2 however it said activate a product so I did and I haven't received a activation code what should i do to get my code.

After registering a device, you need to wait 24 to 72 hours for the activation code to be sent via email. You can also check your spam/junk folder. If you haven't received it yet, please send me the serial number of your headset via PM and the email address linked to your Razer ID. I'll be locking this thread now.
