7.1 surround sound activation code was invalid after purchasing Razer Kraken X Lite headset
I purchased the headset 3 days ago. I erased the protective film and entered the code, it was not valid. I registered the headset as expected, but the application activation code also did not come to the mail. I wrote to support and provided them with all the data, they said that they would fix the problem, but to be honest, I do not believe it, since a day has passed, and everything remains the same. What do you advise?
