Hello, just got my headphones and whilst scratching the grey serial key cover the numbers have also came off leaving me unable to activate my account, anyone able to help me with this? Thanks

    Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM, along with the email address connected to your Razer ID. That way, I can verify its model and check if you are eligible for code generation. Also, include a photo of the scratched card. Upload it on Google Drive, then paste the shareable link to your message. Let's go from there. I'll lock this thread now.
