7.1 SURROUND sound code

Hello, i just bought a new blackshark v2 x, but the card inside does not have a avtivation code, just a qr code that send you to the razer website, and when i try to register my product they tell me that its already registred altough i just open the case its a new product. i saw someone with the same probleme and you asked him to send the device serial number and proof of purchase and they will send the 7.1 code to solve the probleme, well for me im in morocco and most of us buy like this products from normal vendors, i dont think they are supported by razer because to be honnest we don’t know from where they buy the products, anyway in my case i have the product and his box with all of its stuff, and i have the whole conversation with the vendor who sold me the product + proof that i have sent him money to send me my product (i sent him a bank transfer and he sent me the product to my home), i really hope this will be enough to activate my 7.1, the 7.1 was the only reason why i bought this razer headphone. thank you and sorry for this long message.

I understand you're experiencing difficulties registering your new Blackshark V2 X and accessing the 7.1 surround sound feature.

Please note that application codes, like the 7.1 surround sound activation code, are designed for one-time use and are non-transferable. If the previous owner already registered and used the code, unfortunately, we won't be able to provide a new one. Also, products purchased from non-authorized dealers are often used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods, which can lead to these types of registration issues. If you purchased the product from an unauthorized dealer, Razer's warranty policy directs all support and Limited Warranty issues to that dealer.
