Hey, I recently purhcased the razer blackshark v2 x headset and as i was scratching the code to activate surround sound, i accidentally scratched off 4 characters, is there any way to get the code back, i've tried many different combinations of the code and i still cant seem to get it. please help

    Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM, along with the email address linked to your Razer ID. I can use those to verify its model and check if you are eligible for a code generation request. I'll pick it up from there. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PMs.
