Like the title says, it has been ages since i last had my box for my headset and while troubleshooting a constant static noise coming from in the headset, i thought why not download the software that is recommended for the headset. I do not have the code anymore and would be glad to send pictures or give the serial number to any staff that could help!! I do not have any receipt of purchase since this kraken was gifted to me nearly a year ago and i dont talk to the person any more. i have everything else though like the serial and email this and that. i am reposting since the last staff member did not reply to me after i send them all of my info please help!!

You need to have the receipt or invoice for the code generation. Without it, then there's not much that I can do. If you manage to get it from your gifter, please send me the following via PM: 1. Serial number: 2. Email address: 3. Proof of Purchase: (Upload it on Google Drive, then paste the shareable link here.) I'll lock this thread now.
