activation code is not visible
hi, my razer kraken was purchased recently but the surroudn sound activation code is unreadable and im not sure what to do...

No worries! I’ll guide you towards requesting a new code since the one you have is unreadable. I just need you to send me a PM of the following information so I can initiate a code generation request on your behalf:
1. A photo of the unreadable activation card.
2. The original box that shows the device’s serial number.
3. A photo or copy of your proof of purchase.
