I bought KRAKEN X, but I scratched the activation code inside so much that I can't see the code. What should I do?

Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM, along with the email address connected to your Razer ID. I can use those to verify its model and check if you are eligible for code generation. Also, include a photo of the scratched card. Save it via GDrive, then paste the shareable link to your message. Let's take it from there. I'll lock this thread now.
