I got my Razer Kraken X headphones and registered it onto my Razer ID with the serial number, but I threw the box away and now I can't get the activation code for 7.1 surround sound. I didn't receive an email with my activation code after registering my product.

    Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM and the email address linked to your Razer ID. I can use those to verify the model of your device and check if you are eligible for code generation. Let's go from there. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PMs.
