Hello, I've Scratched my activation code and some parts of the code is not visible anymore. how can I get or generate a new one? Thank You.

Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM, along with the email address linked to your Razer ID. That way, I can verify the model of your device and check if you are eligible for code generation. Don't forget to include a photo of the scratched card. Save it via Google Drive, then paste the shareable link to your message. Let's take it from there. I'll lock this thread now.
