Adjusting Speed of Chroma ARGB Controller

I am attempting to pimp my PC with addressable LEDs. I've tried Sound Blasters setup and software but had problems with win10 and Sound Blaster. Since I have an ROG MB with ALED I tried Armoury Crate with improvement with what I wanted but lacking in other possibilities. So here I am with a Razer Chroma LED Controller. I am not a gamer, as stated, I only want to pimp my PC. The Chroma does exactly what I want it to do except for one small item. I cannot adjust the speed of the lights with wave selected. Spending all afternoon yesterday searching for a solution I found one good recommendation. The posting said speed control was easily accomplished using the Chroma Configurator. I cannot locate this configurator. Please, any advice as to how I can access the configurator will be much appreciated. When setting up the style and colors it would be nice to have a speed control slider along with the light intensity slider along with a stand alone program for the Chroma Controller without installing the complete Razer Synapse package
