Annnnnnnd Tartarus Does it Again, Memory Loss

Dang, just when i needed my tartarus the most, im a heavy photoshop photo editor, the Tartarus looses its memory. No way of restoring a settings, logging into the cloud does zipo, and i have to spend precious time reprogramming the unit until it does it all over again. May have to look at cheaper chinese units, at least the settings are local and you can back them up..... But the Tartarus looks nice !!!! Edit: Razer products and software are for fun and gaming purpose, never for serious business.
