Anyone having problems with Razer Viper V3 Pro Sensor


Sensor just stops tracking for like a half second kinda often even at 8000hz. I've also tried it plugged in and still the same problem. First one I got I had to return also because the dongle just didnt work, $150 mouse btw

Apparently its a dead zone issue according to what I have been reading on reddit

Honestly I'm not surprised at the quality of these overpriced products, every keyboard I've bought from Razer has broken within a year or as little as a month or doesn’t work as intended like the “Rapid Fire” you guys tried copying from Wooting and had to return that too. Guess I wont be buying their mice again either. I’m just going to return this mouse too, second mouse in a row I've bought from you guys that’s defective. All this technology you put into these mice and they don’t even work properly, the cheaper Chinese mice with 8k HZ are better than yours smh

Razer Customer Advocacy responds to me from my reddit post and not on here, thats crazy

I’m having the same issue. But I made the mistake and started Cyberpunk 2077 and that immediately killed the battery. 
So if you want a refund, that might be the way to go.

I like the mouse alot tho and dont wanna go through the hassle of getting a replacement. I believe its a firmware issue and should be resolved remotely but who knows.

its a sensor issue just gotta wait for the firmware, this is the second one I've had issues with

I just got this issue i thought my sensor wasnt clean or something took papir and cleaned it but it wasnt that. what do i do from here do i wait for an update or? this is really annoying for the price tag btw unreal

Wait for a firmware update, that’s all you can do. Or return it and get your $170 back for having to deal with this bullshit

New firmware update didn’t fix the issue, NICE. Still doesn’t track well on QCK+ the most owned mouse pad on the market or the Artisan Hien, minimal tracking issues on the G640 mousepad tho

Wait for a firmware update, that’s all you can do. Or return it and get your $170 back for having to deal with this bullshit

Yeah, waited some time now and now it has some delay when i move the mouse 1 sec delay to it to registred its moving

yea no firmware update did nothing, I play alot of cod and it requires 1000hz cause anything higher the game cant even detect well and despite that im still getting deadzones when trying to make fast movements.

Hello, i’m having some issue with my brand new Razer Viper V3 PRO.

 

Issue: Disconnects/Stops working A LOT, OFTEN. 

 

*Updated firmware doesn't fix it.

 

Mouse is ~2 days old or so. Tried all settings possible.

 

Tried uninstalling synapse 3.0, reinstalling, using it without it, disabling all closeby bluetooth devices etc..

 

Is razer aware of this issue? Is a real fix coming since this firmware update did absolutely nothing to fix it? Faulty hardware?
