Anyone know how to fix this razer mice glitch

I was just casually using my razer deathadder v2 pro wireless and it randomly stopped working. Its kinda hard to explain but that’s why i made this Youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4MiRDb5xUgI. Can someone help me with this issue if so that would  be greatly appreciated.
