Anyone know why the FN+F10 shortcut does not work on the Blackwidow 2019?

I tried to enable and disable Gaming Mode on the my new BlackWidow 2019. For some reason the light doesn't emit when I press FN+F10 and the shortcut does not work. Are there any settings that I must modify in order to solve the problem? Please let me know if you have any ideas or suggestions!:wink_: Thanks, JSpider

      This is a default function so it should work right out of the box, no setup required. That said, have you had any luck enabling Gaming Mode through Synapse?

        I have found the setting for Gaming Mode in Synapse 3. Yes, there is an automatic/manual setting for Gaming mode if you want to use the shortcut or not, I found out. Thank you very much though! ;)
