After the last synapse update my pc case is having a hard time connecting to the software. it randomly stops working after a while and the visualizer wont support my case anymore.
Is there a fix for this?

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Synapse 3.0-related concern here. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling your Razer Synapse 3.0? By the way, our software team is currently our Razer Connect behavior after the recent update. Please refer to this thread. I'll wait for the Software Team's advice and update your thread as soon as possible.
yeah i tried uninstalling synapse and the asrock software. and it didnt work. i did found out that the lighting in my case (asrock motherboard) goes out if i plug anyting into a usb port hope this helps.

Thanks for letting me know. Please isolate the issue by creating another local Windows user account on your computer. Also, please replicate the issue by plugging any USB device to another port in your desktop PC and check if the Chroma lighting still goes out.
i tried all my usb ports and it happens on all of them. if i look at the synapse home screen while plugging something in i can see the asrock connect logo disappearing and reappearing really quick. followed by my case lights going out.

btw you guys have the best customer support i have ever seen.

a. Screenshot of System Information (Hit Windows+R to open the Run box. Type “msinfo32” into the “Open” field, and then hit Enter.)
b. Screenshot of Windows version (Hit Windows + R. Open the Run box with then type winver)
c. Screenshot of Synapse version (Click the gear/cog icon at the top right. For Synapse 3.0, click “About”).
d. Synapse 3.0 logs.
