Good morning, I have a problem with my Barracuda X headphones purchased two weeks ago. Today, the store replaced them with new ones, but the problem still persists. The headphones perform very well until they need to use the microphone during joining a Discord channel, microphone testing in a browser, Skype, Teamspeak. The moment I use the microphone, the sound becomes distorted, and either a reset or sometimes uninstalling all drivers and reinstalling them helps, but the problem occurs again when I use the microphone in the headphones. Of course, I am always talking about the microphone in the headphones. Unfortunately, none of your applications helped me. Please help because I have already searched the entire Internet.
