I purchased a mouse on April 2022. But I haven't used it much. It was working fine until yesterday, but suddenly today, the mouse won't power on at all.

I've tried unplugging and plugging in the dock and USB, and they appear to be normal. In Synapse, only the dock is recognized, but it shows that the mouse is powered off and doesn't appear.

I even tried placing it on the dock thinking it might be discharged, but there's no response. Connecting it via cable also yields no response.

I followed the troubleshooting steps and charged the mouse for over 30 minutes with the power off, but it still won't turn on.

Is there a problem with the power unit? How can I get it to work?
