Basilisk V2 Scroll Wheel

After just about a year of use, I've noticed a strange but consistent problem with the scroll wheel on my Basilisk V2. One of the positions along the wheel will always scroll in the opposite direction. I've counted it out and it's consistent in both directions, always occurring every 24th click. This persists after swapping ports, updating firmware, cleaning with compressed air. Any ideas?

    Is Synapse running in the background when the issue happens? Try to isolate it first by performing the steps from this page. If that doesn't help, please send me the serial number of your Basilisk V2 via PM. That way, I can verify its model and assist you accordingly. Let's go from there. I'll lock this thread now.
