Sorry to hear about that! I checked the official online store of Razer, and it seems like there is no available dongle for your Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed yet. For that reason, I will check our system to see if a dongle for your device is available. Please send me a PM with the serial number to check the dongle for your device. Take note that the Razer Warranty Policy does not cover claims due to any unacceptable use or care of the Product, including (without limitation) misuse, abuse, or negligence.
