Basilisk X Hyperspeed Firmware update issues

Hello,

When trying to update my Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed (wireless) mouse the Firmware Update tool provided by Razer tells me to connect my Bluetooth to “DfuBasilisk” right after the first step of updating is complete. The mouse then disconnects and i assume enters said DFU mode to enable the update i want to perform. It starts blinking a blue light from the DPI button in a fast tempo.

However when searching for new Bluetooth devices (any search option, windows 11) nothing shows up and the mouse reboots after a short while.

What could be a possible solution for not finding DfuBasilisk to finish the firmware update?

I want to update the firmware due to my mouse experiencing sudden lag spikes/unresponsiveness while having enough power in the battery.

FIXED:

I reset my entire BT drivers and re-paired the mouse.
This has fixed the issues with entering it's DFU mode.

I’’m having a problem where I download the firmware update for my Basilisk X, it says it needs an update but won’t proceed past this point?

Problem solved.  In order to connect to the DFU bluetooth you have to switch Windows 11 bluetooth settings from Default to Advanced.

trying to update because mouse randomly cuts out for no reason every so often. but when i go to update it does not even notice i have it plugged in i have tried pretty much everything

I am trying to update Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed Firmware from last 2 years but its stuck for 10 hours at the same screen above. I tried reinstalling windows but still does not work any help would be helpful. My mouse accuracy is worst than 1$ mouse.

Thanks in advance.
