Best Noise Canceling Mic settings on the Kraken Ultimate

Hi guys. It might not fully cut out 100%, but what settings do I need to select to maximize the background noise cancellation so my puppy's bark can be hardly be heard while I give online lessons? Assign from "Active Noise Mic Cancellation", should I select "Mic Sensitivity", "Volume Normalization", or "Vocal Clarity" and how much of the meter should I choose? 50? 70? Thanks for any help. I just need to keep all background noises cut out as much as possible.
