Here is that screen shot of the email I received. I hope this helps other from being scammed.

Click on the arrow on the right side of the “to me” to show the details (header) or the email.

It has come to our attention that there are people posing as fake Razer Support agents. Please do not engage with them and provide them with any information. We will be doing our best to route these users out. In the meantime, the best way to protect yourself is to check who you are engaging with.

All of our Support Agents will have a little gear icon next to their names in the forum conversations. They will also only ask you to email razer.com domains. So, if someone is asking you to email an outlook, gmail or any other email domain other than razer.com, please report them immediately.

If you don’t see an icon or are unsure, please reach out to myself or any of our Vanguards to confirm that who you are communicating with is our official support staff.

Thank you.

Hello friend, can you help me with my concern too? my purchase has been pending for a long time now.

Is there even any legitimate tech support? Is there a support page that actually loads? Every time I try to open what I can find for support it tells me page reachable…… Great product but crappy support.

That’s what happens when you cheap out and don’t want to have a proper support system. Its a joke trying to make people pay to ask a simple questions

Please always be vigilant for fake Razer Support staff. Official support agents can be identified by a gear icon next to their usernames and will only contact you using @razer.com email addresses. If someone contacts you without these indicators or asks for sensitive info, do not engage—report them immediately to keep the community safe.

An email from yesterday: notice the domain "@creator.razer.com”
It is fake. Right?

In-warranty support was good the last time I used it (2-3 years ago) but now that I’m out of warranty the paid support plans just aren’t worth it to me.

As for “great product” I’d say “meh, it’s okay” and I won’t buy again.  My biggest pet peeve since Day 1 is Razer’s flipping of the symbols on the number keys and other special character keys.  Every other keyboard I’ve used, from typewriters in 8th grade typing class in 1972, through TRS-80 Model 3s, IBM’s, Compaqs, HPs, Dells, Kensington, Logitech, Apple, and more has the QUOTE symbol above the APOSTROPHE symbol on the keyboard because you have to press the SHIFT key to get the QUOTE symbol.  Same with the %-symbol over the 5, the $-symbol over the 4, the greater than symbol over the period, etc.  Why Razer had to be so unconventional and rearrange the symbols on all those keys is just lost on me.  It would be like if San Diego decided to make all their stop signs rectangular and black & white while making all their speed limit signs octagonal with white letters on red background.  Thankfully the government in San Diego is smarter than the keyboard designers at Razer.  BTW, it’s rare that anyone can say the government is smarter than a business.  🤣

Hi could an real Razer support agent take a look and reply to my question?

much appreciated
