Hello....my keyboard "H" and "N" keys are intermittently responsive. I pulled off the keycaps from the entire keyboard and removed all debris. Where can I get GREEN switch replacements? I can solder.

Please advise.

thank you,

Irwin

getting replacements direct from Razer would be preferred....but after hours of googling and prior to your reply, I came across several selections off Ebay and Ali Express. However, there was no exactness to the switches offered and to the model of my keyboard....leaving to uncertainty. I did though come across this which looked real close to what I have...and took a chance and ordered. Vendors on Ali Express are not known to ship rapidly unless you're using DHL....and 30-60 days is common to wait...bah.

Long, long time ago, someone from Razer announced, that switches will be also available for sell separately - but after such time nothing happened.
I feel that they have gone the way of Apple...if something minute breaks...buy a new keyboard!

This board I have turned 4 years old last month...and when I purchased it then from Dell...it was $173.80. I had credit from them so it wasn't a huge deal...but the cost was significant...that I'd hope Razer would offer these type of parts and make them readily available to the consumer.

@cafeeverIvory938 Are you experiencing the same problem with or without the Synapse application running in the background? You can try the steps here for fixing an unresponsive keyboard. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can look for other workarounds or firmware updates that may address the issue.
