so i recently bought a razer blackshark v2 hyperspeed because its wireless and then i connect it to my pc and theres problems right away such as no sound, and not being able to connect via Bluetooth at times. and when i finally fix those problems a new one occurs. now whenever im using bluetooth and joining a discord vc the sound becomes muffled, aswell as my mic getting warped and totally unusable. does anyone know anything about that because i payed 200$ for it. and i can’t really return it. please help me.
