Blackshark V2 Pro mic tinny and thin

The title says it all. Regardless of changes made to the EQ, the audio is not rich or full at all. Its thin and very tinny. When I check the default format for the mic it only offers 1 channel 16 bit 48K hz or 1 channel 16 bit 16K hz - Essentially DVD or Tape recorder quality. Is this an audio driver issue - Realtec? Is this connected to an issue with Synapse? Anyone else experience this and get it resolved??

      Is the issue happening while Synapse is running in the background? Do you get the same result when connecting to a different computer? Please send me the serial number of your BlackShark V2 Pro via PM. I can use it to look for possible solutions and assist you better. Let's go from there. I'll lock this thread now.
