Hey guys/girls has anyone had a problem with the mic and not being able to change the Sample rate and bit rate of the mic after firmware update?.I use to have it set to 2 channel,16bit,48000Hz.Now i can change it back after i have done the firmware update.

Only now lets me go to 1 channel 16bit 48000Hz max and sounds like trash now.

Anyone know of a fix or a way to roll back the firmware to see if that might help.

I have done everything uninstalling everything and still not being able to change it.

Works fine when the mic is plugged directly to the motherboard sound card and other head sets at 2channle 24bit 192000Hz
