Blackshark V2 Pro Synapse EQ Not Applying/Working

Ive had my Blackshark V2 Pro for about 2 weeks now, worked great up until the EQ in Synapse stopped working. Stereo and THX have no difference, and the preset modes have no change as well. I’ve performed all the steps to reinstall and repair everything about this. I have used the Razer driver tool, checked to make sure my firmware for the headset is up to date, and Synapse software. I have not had to install anything else for it to work in the past. Unsure why it’s not working all of a sudden now?
