Blackshark V2 pro volume unbalanced

I notice that recently the audio in one of the ears has been unbalancing. I think either the right ear is quieter or th left ear is louder. Either way, the left ear's audio is more audible than the right ear. I have some ear issues in real life where one ear might get blocked, but i take my headset off and theres nothing wrong with them, its just the headset. it sometimes just changes its volume in one ear and becomes unbalanced so i have to go into audio settings to increase or decrease the volume in one side of the headset.
