I have purchased RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 PRO - WIRELESS GAMING HEADSET - FRML PACKAGING last may, I am really struggling lately its has been almost two months the headphone keeps beeping all the time, disconnecting while gaming even while chat sessions over discord. I have done all the necessary troubleshooting, from updates, to changing the USB to all the advises on the website and online. It wasn't doing such things until lately.
Its very annoying and I am really thinking of switching the whole product to Hyperx could II wireless if this issue is going to persist.
I have the Regular BlacksharkV2 as well but I wanna enjoy the freedom of playing wireless.

Can anyone help from previous experience

Have you tried connecting your headset to a smartphone using the 3.5mm audio cable or to a different PC to check if it yields the same issue? For now, we can let's try to run the Windows Troubleshooter by following the steps below:

-Press Windows + S on your keyboard to open the Search bar.
-Type in “Windows Update settings” and hit Enter.
-Go to Troubleshoot
-Click Additional troubleshooters.
-Under Get up and running, select Playing Audio.
-Then, click Run the troubleshooter.

Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your device. I can use that to check for other possible solutions.
